The Galaxy 00 Boys team had a wild start to the 2018 President’s Cup this past weekend. On Saturday, they traveled to the San Marcos 5 Mile Dam fields to take on MSK Rayados 00B Red. The Galaxy 01 Girls team had a great start to the 2018 President’s Cup this past weekend. On Saturday, they traveled to the San Marcos 5 Mile Dam fields to take on NB Ajax 01 Girls White, a South Texas State Classic League (SCL) team that is ranked 12th on GotSoccer. The Galaxy girls didn’t let this intimidate them, scoring early in the first half on a corner kick and controlling the field for most of the rest of the game. The next meeting of the Galaxy Soccer Club Board of Directors will be Friday, April 27, 2018, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, at the Clay Madsen Recreational Center in Round Rock, Texas.
