FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much does the program cost?

We aim to provide the lowest possible cost while still offering competitive training opportunities. Financial aid and flexible payment options are available.

For Academy players, pricing is $700 per year — or $400 for a single Fall or Spring season when registered individually. The required uniform kit is an additional $150 (approximately).

For Select players, pricing depends on the specific team's level of play (CAYSA/D2, WDDOA Alpha, etc) and current league fees but generally ranges between $750 per year to $1,250 per year. This club cost includes league fees, training/field fees, and an administrative fee. A non-refundable commitment fee of $250 is also due at time of registration, which covers the cost of the uniform kit for new Select players. For current players who already have their uniform, the $250 commitment fee will be applied to their club fee. Additional costs associated with Select soccer include tournament fees, off-season camps, and cup matches.

When and where are trainings (practices) held?

Regular season trainings are held twice a week for Academy players and two to three times a week for Select players (depending on the specific team). The Spring 2023 training schedule is as follows:

For the Spring 2023 season, all scheduled trainings will be held at Clay Madsen Recreation Center's outdoor field. Training may be moved to alternate locations depending on weather, field conditions, and/or city events. Email communication will be used to notify families of training cancellations or location changes.

Will we need to travel for games?

For Academy players, game blocks are held on Saturday mornings. Home games will be held at Old Settler's Park in Round Rock, and away games are generally located within the Austin metro area (including Georgetown, Pflugerville, Buda, and Dripping Springs).

For Select Players, our club is considered part of the Western District within the South Texas region. Our teams primarily play against clubs in the Austin-San Antonio area for regular season games. Some travel is required for away games, though San Antonio is usually the furthest our teams have to travel. Most teams will also compete in two or more tournaments throughout the year.

Is parent volunteering or fundraising required?

Our mission is to provide an affordable, high-quality club experience. One of the ways we keep costs low for our families is by asking each family to commit to four hours of volunteering per season—or eight hours over the course of the year. Volunteer opportunities include serving as a team manager/coordinator, concession stand duty at home games, etc. Families can also choose to "buy out" their volunteer hours each season.

Do you offer summer soccer camps?

Yes! More information will be available here on our website and on our social media channels as the summer approaches.
