Video Drills

Hello Galaxy Family and Visitors!​

Below you will find YouTube links to instructional videos made by our technical director, Coach Oumar Djiba, featuring various drills that you can practice on a daily basis on your own during this period of social distancing.  In fact, they are good drills for you to practice throughout the year to improve your agility, dribbling, and ball handling.

Prior to completing these drills, players should also get in the habit of running 1 mile and completing 50 squat jumps.

After completing the drills, younger players (born in 2007 or younger) should complete a 1-minute plank, 50 sit-ups, and 20 burpees.  Older players (born after 2007) should complete a 1-minute plank, 100 sit-ups, and 50 burpees.

Completing these exercises will help you maintain and/or improve your fitness, stamina, and body strength.
